Following yeas of strenuous efforts, China Biodiesel has established an efficient entrepreneurial platform, attracted an adequate number of highly qualified and competent professionals with expertise in chemistry, chemical engineering, business administration, marketing, and finance, accumulated a wealth of experience in business management, and built a closely-knit, high-efficiency and results-oriented management team which is dedicated, skilled and innovative, effectively ensuring the Company’s sustainable.

1. Huodong Ye – Chairman, 1971
Mr. Ye joined the Group as Chairman in 2001. He is the founder of Haodi Chemical, Zhuoyue Chemical, Caishantang Pharmaceutical, and Zhuoyue New Energy. His hard working has contributed significantly to the development of the local industrial economy. He has won several honorable rewards from the government as an outstanding entrepreneur: "An Honorable Citizen", "An Outstanding Youthful Entrepreneur" "An Excellent Person in Economy", "Great Achievement as a Young Man". Mr. Ye is a consultant for the Ministry of Science & Technology, being an authority on biomass energy technical feasibility study for China’s ‘Five-Year Plan’. Mr. Ye is a member of the People’s Political Consultative Conference of Yongding County and Xinluo District and an economic advisor for Pinghe County Government of Zhangzhou City. Mr. Ye is also the Honorary President of Chamber of Commerce in the Xinluo District.

2.Jian Lu – Chief Operating Officer, 1956
Mr Lu joined the Board as Chief Operating Officer in 2002. Prior to joining the Group Mr Lu worked as a senior manager at two state owned enterprises, Longyan Forestry Car Manufacture Plant Limited and Longyan Forestry Holding Company where he was an executive vice president and gained a cross section of managerial experience in the construction machinery and chemical equipment industries.

3. Gloria - Zhengling He – Chief Financial Officer, 1976
Ms He joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Prior to joining the Group Ms He worked as a senior project manager with Pan-China auditor’s and as a financial manager with Huisman Vekoma Steel Manufacturing Limited, a Dutch-funded enterprise. Ms He is experienced in auditing, management consultancy and financial management of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises and is experienced in internal financial control, cost management and capital operation. Ms He is a certified public accountant, certified tax agent, certified public valuer and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

4. Christopher Butler –1938
He is currently a Consultant with UK based Green BioDiesel Ltd and a Director of JB Patterns Ltd, a property and services company. He has been actively involved in the promotion of biodiesel and renewable energy in the UK and Europe. Educated at University College, London, his earlier career was in the aluminium casting industry. Butler Manufacturing Ltd became a major supplier of cast aluminium parts to a host of multinational companies and eventually joined with Canadian based Tritech Precision Inc. He is a former President of the Association of European Foundries(CAEF), a former President of the Institute of Cast Metals Engineers and a Liveryman at the Founders’ Company in the City of London.

5. Ping Xu – 1963
Mr.Xu started his career with the National Audit Administration of the PRC in 1983, prior to its official establishment, and was appointed divisional chief three years later. He became Audit Senior when he was with KPMG Peat Marwick in London between 1989 and 1993. Mr. Xu later worked for various leading investment banks in Asia Pacific region, including serving as Vice President at JP Morgan, and Corporate Finance Director at HSBC to lead its investment banking business in China. Between 2001 and 2006, Mr.Xu worked as Managing Director and Chief Representative for the Shanghai office of H&Q Asia Pacific, where he had been responsible for its private equity business in China. He now serves as an Advisor to H&Q.

6. Derrick Woolf –FCA FCCA 1947
Derrick Woolf is a Chartered Accountant who has been in public practice for over 40 years with extensive experience of dealing with growing companies. He is now a Client Partner in Vantis, a leading accounting and business advisory group, where he specialising in advising developing companies and their stakeholders. In pursuit of helping overseas companies, Derrick leads a team dedicated to helping UK companies set up in China, and assisting Chinese companies to raise debt, equity capital, make acquisitions and set up in the UK. He is also a non-executive director of Natsun Holdings Ltd. that is listed on AIM.

7. James Wang – 1976
Abundant administrative and counselor experience. MBA degree.

8. Danming Luo – Chief Technical Officer, 1962
Mr Luo is the Group’s Chief Technical Officer. Mr Luo has been engaged in chemical production for many years and has acted as general manager and chief technical officer for several enterprises in the sector.
